Staff Qualifications
- Wee Know classrooms have a team of at least three teachers and maintain a ratio of one to eight.
- Our lead teachers are four year degreed in Early Childhood or Elementary Education.
- Our assistant teachers are required to have an associate degree or more in the field of Early Childhood.
- All other teachers are certified in Early Childhood.
- Teachers are mandated to participate in continuing education hours each month, which are used to meet the state
requirement of 25 hours per year.
Wee Know provides consistent staffing with very low staff turnover. All teachers are very dedicated and professional and
provide a warm, caring and nurturing environment. Teachers’ pictures and biographies are posted on each classroom parent board.
