Child is able to recognize name in printed form.
Child prints first name in proper form, using upper and lower case letters.
Child knows first and last name.
Child knows age and birthday.
Child is able to follow directions given in three parts.
Child uses concepts of yesterday, today, and tomorrow accurately.
Child is able to sort objects using size, color, and/or shape as criteria.
Child is able to complete sequential patterns using blocks, etc.
Child knows his/her street, town, and telephone number.
Child is able to dress self, including zipping and buttoning.
Recognition of letters and numbers.
